Hi-Way Services was pleased to support a fundraising initiative organised by Tarmac as part of their Employee Development Programme, with a £100 donation towards their fundraising efforts for Emmaus UK.
The programme brings employees together to develop their teamwork, creativity and collaboration skills while working towards a shared charitable goal. As part of the initiative, participants organised a range of fundraising activities to raise money for Emmaus.
Emmaus supports people who are experiencing homelessness, recognising that overcoming homelessness is about more than simply having a roof over your head. Through meaningful work experience, training, one-to-one support and a stable home, Emmaus helps people build towards a more secure future.
We were pleased to contribute £100 towards the fundraising and support the work of Emmaus. It was a great opportunity to help Tarmac’s team with their fundraising efforts while contributing to a charity that makes a positive difference to people experiencing homelessness.
