Supporting Local Schools: A Great Community Opportunity
We were pleased to be invited to get involved by Balfour Beatty Living Places to contribute to a community initiative supporting a local school in Hailsham, East Sussex.
The school was looking for equipment to use in its roleplay activities — helping children learn about road safety, construction, and real-world scenarios in a fun, interactive way.
We were more than happy to get involved and donated a selection of Hi-Vis vests, orange traffic cones, and No Parking cones to support their learning environment. These simple items can go a long way in helping children understand important concepts like visibility, safe zones, and the meaning of road signage.
Our friends at Trenchline also got involved, kindly supplying signs and barriers to further enhance the school’s roleplay setup.
It’s always a pleasure to work with partners like Balfour Beatty Living Places on projects that give back to the community.
