Ten Little Toes is a baby Bank based in Crawley, West Sussex, offering support to families and parents with children aged 0-12 years in crisis or facing difficult circumstances throughout West Sussex. Ten Little Toes was founded in 2017 in the founder’s home in Cowfold, and recently moved to a new hub in September 2023.
What is a Baby Bank?
Baby Banks are like foodbanks, giving out bundles of essential items to people who need them in the community. They provide free (mostly pre-loved) baby and child equipment and supplies, including clothing, nappies, prams, cots, and bedding and safety equipment such as highchairs and stair gates. They help families who are experiencing poverty or hardship, are displaced or in temporary housing, or are struggling do to physical and metal health difficulties.
They support lots of families expecting babies but also help families with young children up to the age of 12. It’s so important to help provide and support for the babies but the parents and older siblings as well. Every family is different and every family matters.
The Baby Bank is a volunteer-run and vast majority of the things they provide have been donated from the general public.

Thank you, Balfour Beatty Living Places, West Sussex Highways, for introducing us to the charity and letting us get involved.
